The Supplementary Information Form (SIF) should be completed by applicants and sent to the Headteacher at the school, to be received by the closing date of 13 January 2023.

SEPTEMBER RECEPTION ADMISSIONS

Applications for places in Reception for September should be made via the Leeds City Council Admissions Team - please click here.

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL

For pupils wishing to apply for a school place from another school you will need to complete an in year application form and return it to the school office.  You can download an application form here. 

We will then contact you to inform you if we have a place in the correct year group for your child(ren), and what the next steps will be.
